	How do I order PC Health Optimizer online?
	After you have decided to purchase PCHO, go to the product order page and fill in the fields to complete your secure order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once the order completes you will instantly receive a receipt and an email with instructions to download and install the full version of PCHO. Here's what you will receive with your order. 	Which versions of Windows is PCHO compatible with?
	PC Health Optimizer is compatible with all modern versions of Windows including 98 / ME / 2000 / XP / Vista. PCHO is not compatible with Macintosh.

	Do you provide software updates?
	Yes. You receive free minor updates to the software until the next major version is released. The next major version can be purchased at a reduced cost for the upgrade.

	Do you provide technical support?
	Yes. After your purchase you will receive a premium software product with step-by-step instructions, updates for life and online technical support for life. In the rare case of a problem, our support team will give you step-by-step instructions to correct your issue. 100% Guaranteed.

	What is your privacy policy?
	It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not and won't ever sell names to spammers or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Our products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products' successful operation.

	Do you take orders by phone or mail?
	Yes. To order PCHO by toll-free phone or mail, first go to the purchase page. Then enter your information so it will be in our system. At the bottom there will be a field called "Method of Payment". In this field, select "Phone" or "Mail" and then click "Next". You will then be taken to a page that gives you a reference number and a toll-free phone number to call Plimus or the address to send the payment to Plimus. Plimus is our payment processing provider and is the company that will deliver your product.

	Will one license be enough for all of my computers?
	Our licensing is per PC. If you intend to install PCHO on more than one computer you will need a license for each computer. There are quantity discounts available on the purchase page. We also offer a 3 license pack for $99.97.

	What is your return policy?
	If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, just let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will try our best to fix the problem and if it can't be fixed you will get your money back. But please note we do not give refunds for simply changing your mind. We offer a trial version to try before you purchase.
